The N module partitions are uniformly set in the battery boxbody and are divided into N+1 battery module placement cavities, and N+1 battery modules are respectively fixed in the N+1 battery module placement cavities. Each of the heat dissipation plates is a sandwich structure and comprises two side plates and a sandwich plate between the two side plates, the side plates are made of lightweight heat conductive materials, and the sandwich plate of the heatdissipation plate is made of an open-pore foam aluminum material. A closed-pore foamed aluminum material is used as a filling inner core of the battery box body. According to the invention, open-poreand closed pore foam aluminum sandwich plates are applied to an external protection structure and an internal heat dissipation structure of the power battery pack, the impact resistance and thermal safety can be effectively improved, and therefore, the safety of a power battery and a passenger is ensured.
