The method comprises the steps of determining a plurality of evaluation time nodes, determining eachfirst-stage evaluation index corresponding to the plurality of evaluation time nodes, and obtaining each second-stage evaluation index contained in each first-stage evaluation index; constructing an evaluation matrix associated with the plurality of evaluation time nodes and each secondary evaluation index; determining a first weight value of each secondary index in the corresponding primary index; performing weighting operation on the evaluation matrix according to the first weight value to obtain a weighting index evaluation matrix; generating an ideal degree corresponding to each evaluationtime node; determining a second weight value of each first-level index; performing weighting operation on the ideal degree according to each second weight value to obtain an initial evaluation resultof each evaluation time node; and determining a target evaluation result according to each initial evaluation result.
