Abstract

The invention provides a performance evaluation device and method for a photoacoustic spectrometry multi-component gas analysis instrument. The device comprises a sound insulation box, a high-purity nitrogen conveying system, a to-be-tested gas conveying system, a salt solution container and a gas mixing chamber, wherein an environmental noise simulation device and a to-be-evaluated photoacousticspectrometer are arranged in the sound insulation box; and a gas inlet of the to-be-evaluated photoacoustic spectrometer communicates with an outlet of the gas mixing chamber to detect the concentration of gas entering the gas mixing chamber. According to the device, the influence of noise on a measurement result in a real working environment is simulated through the environmental noise simulationdevice, so that the capability of the photoacoustic spectrometer in resisting the environmental noise interference can be evaluated; and meanwhile, test gases with different types and concentrationscan be replaced, the test of cross sensitivity and detection limits of the gases is realized by combining with a specific signal processing method, and accurate, efficient and reliable performance evaluation is carried out on key technical indexes of the to-be-evaluated photoacoustic spectrometer.
