The invention discloses a method for improving the
verification Reynolds number of a
condensed water flow device. The method comprises the following steps: 1), checking that valves F1, F2, F3, F4, F5,F6, F7, F8 and F10 in the
condensed water flow device are in a
closed state, and F9 is located at a position A; 2) injecting water into the
system until a water tank is filled with water and
clean water overflows from an overflow port, and closing the F1; 3) performing
system preheating: starting a water pump, stabilizing the
water pressure through a pressure stabilizing box, circulating the water in the water tank in the
system, and preheating the whole system for 20 minutes; 4) filling a standard water tank with hot water, fully infiltrating the container wall of the standard water tank, and draining the water; 5) repeating the step 4) for 2-3 times; 6) draining water from the system: draining the water in the water tank into a lower water tank of a
cooling tower of a power
plant; and 7) injecting circulating water outlet high-temperature water of the power
plant into the water tank for the second time and starting the calibration process of the flow device. The calibration Reynoldsnumber and the calibration precision of the flow device are improved by utilizing the
waste heat of the high-temperature circulating water of the power
plant.
