The invention provides a preparation method of low-rolling-resistance modified
asphalt suitable for an energy-consumption-reducing road, belongs to the field of
energy conservation and emission reduction of
asphalt pavements, and solves the problems that the selection basis of a modifier of the current low-rolling-resistance modified
asphalt is insufficient,
viscoelasticity and energy dissipation are not clear, and a systematic preparation method is lacked. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting matrix asphalt, and
doping three modifiers to prepare low-rolling-resistance modified asphalt; secondly, carrying out a temperature and frequency scanning test by utilizing a
dynamic shear rheometer to obtain a
shear modulus and a
phase angle; then testing the low-temperature anti-
cracking performance by adopting a
bending beam rheometer; then
multiple stress creep recovery and linear amplitude scanning tests are carried out, and the elastic
recovery capability and the fatigue life are evaluated; and finally analyzing a phase structure and an element and
chemical bond structure by combining a
laser confocal microscope and an X-
ray photoelectron
spectroscopy, and determining the optimal formula of the low-rolling-resistance modified asphalt according to the indexes. According to the invention, the
rolling resistance of the vehicle during running is reduced, and a new technical approach is provided for the development of energy-consumption-reducing road materials.
