Abstract

Due to the great difference between an internal combustion engine vehicle (ICEV) and a new energy vehicle (mainly including a plug-in electric vehicle (PEV) and a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV)) in emission, a traditional environmental impact assessment method is challenging. According to the method, an absorption Markov chain model is used for modeling the transfer process between main vehicle types in the future. In addition, it is assumed that the behavior of a new energy automobile traveler is the same as that of a traditional ICEV traveler. Therefore, the vehicle composition of each road section is consistent with the market penetration level. Therefore, environmental impact assessment can be performed based on the market penetration levels of different vehicle types and the road traffic flow. For a given road network, traffic system equalization is utilized to calculate road segment traffic flow. The method is a four-stage model with feedback, and can be effectively solved througha weight decreasing continuous average method (MSA). The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by using the simulation research of the Nguyen-Dupuis network.

Description

Technical field:

[0001] The invention proposes an environmental impact assessment method for penetration of new energy vehicles, which belongs to the technical field of traffic engineering. Background technique:

[0002] The transportation sector accounts for a large share of global greenhouse gas emissions, making conventional internal combustion engine vehicles (ICEV) a long-standing critic. Recently, the use of new energy vehicles, including plug-in electric vehicles (PEV) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEV), in transportation has had a significant impact on various fields. There is no doubt that new energy vehicles are a good environmental solution. However, traditional transportation planning ignores the large differences between ICEVs, PEVs, and HEVs [1] . In order to study the potential impact of new energy vehicles as a sustainable mode of transportation, this new technology must be integrated into the transportation network for environmental impact assessment. ...

Embodiment Construction

[0075] Such as figure 2 The Nguyen-Dupuis traffic network shown is widely used in traffic studies to validate various methods. Link parameters include free flow travel time, link capacity and link length, as shown in Table 1.

[0077]

[0078] There are two origin areas 1 and 4 and two destination areas 2 and 3 in the Nguyen-Dupuis network. Assume that the traffic occurrences of origins 1 and 4 during peak hours are 1800pcu / h and 1200pcu / h respectively. That is to say, O 1 =1800pcu / h, O 4 =1200pcu / h. In the traffic distribution step, it is well known that many key variables with significant explanatory power are not included in conventional gravity models. Among them, the most influential is the traveler's destination preference. For example, travelers often prefer traditional destinations to newly developed areas. Therefore, destination selection adopts a multinomial logit model with traveler preferenc...
