Abstract

The invention discloses a logistics distribution center site selection method and device for a community fresh food chain store. The method comprises the following steps of evulating distribution center site selection suitability from the perspective of multiple land suitability evaluation factors by utilizing multiple GIS spatial analysis methods; determining the weight of each factor by using anAHP analytic hierarchy process, and comprehensively evaluating the land suitability by using a grid overlay analysis method to obtain a distribution center candidate position; predicting online and offline demands of demand points (community fresh chain stores) by using house prices, population, urban thermal data and the like; and based on the candidate positions and the demand quantity of the demand points, establishing a P-median model, and solving by using a greedy take-away heuristic algorithm to obtain a final site selection result of the distribution center. According to the invention,various factors of the supply point and the demand point can be comprehensively considered, and scientific and reasonable site selection is carried out on the logistics distribution center of the fresh food chain store, so that the layout rationality of the logistics distribution center is improved.
