Abstract

The invention discloses a snow-melting and deicing emulsion coating and a construction method thereof. The snow-melting and deicing emulsion coating includes 5%-10% of a water-based adhesive, 80%-90%of a fluororesin emulsion, 1%-3% of a pH regulator, 2%-4% of a surfactant and 2%-3% of a synergist. According to the construction method, the emulsion coating is diluted by water firstly, then a formof mechanical spraying is adopted, and the spraying amount of the coating is 0.75-1.25 kg/m<2>, wherein the construction method specifically comprises the steps: performing mechanical spraying on thesurface of a road after formation of the road surface with certain strength, using a brush to spread the coating evenly in excessively-sprayed areas before consolidation of a resin-sealing emulsion, checking the coverage of the emulsion on the surface after consolidation of the resin-sealing emulsion, repairing non-spraying areas in time, and performing opening to traffic after complete curing andtransparency formation of the iced sealing resin emulsion.
