Abstract

The self-assembled short-chain peptide can inhibit excessive proliferation of sebaceousglands and reduce secretion of skin oil, has smaller toxicity and side effects, is suitable for a wider population, has better transdermal properties, and can be used for acne resistance, especially for treatment of acne generated by changes in hormone levels during adolescence and pregnancy; and because the self-assembled short-chain peptide has only 10 amino acids, the short-chain peptide is self-assemble into nanospheres through modification, so that the self-assembled short-chain peptide has better stability, can continuously act on a treatment site, and has a significant effect.
