The method includes: monitoring use time T1 of a disk in real time; counting that the current use time T1 is greater than a firstpreset time T2; wherein the total number of the to-be-marked disks which are not marked as the retired state is N; based on the total number N and the difference value of the disk survival time T andthe use time T1, obtaining a disk survival time T; determining a numerical value M, judging whether M is greater than or equal to 1; if M is greater than or equal to 1; if so, marking the to-be-marked disks in N to-be-marked disks, marking the states of M to-be-marked disks with the current corresponding use time T1 from long to short as a pre-retirement state, migrating the data in the disks marked as the pre-retirement state to a target disk, and updating the state of the disks in the pre-retirement state as a retirement state when the data in the disks in the pre-retirement state is completely migrated.
