Abstract

The invention discloses a lactic acid bacteria formula for preventing acute and chronic alcoholic liver injury and application thereof. Lactobacillus plantarum KLDS1.0344 and lactobacillus acidophilusKLDS1.0901 have good gastrointestinal fluid tolerance simulating capacity, have certain adhesion capacity to HT-29 cells and have basic probiotic characteristics; the lactobacillus plantarum KLDS1.0344 and the lactobacillus acidophilus KLDS1.0901 can prevent acute alcoholic liver injury; and the lactobacillus plantarum KLDS1.0344 and the lactobacillus acidophilus KLDS1.0901 can prevent chronic alcoholic liver injury.
