Abstract

Theseeds of brachypodium distachyon are cut by a surgical knife to break dormancy of the seeds, the rapid calluses of the seeds of brachypodium distachyon are obtained under the synergistic action of FPX, and the induction rate is as high as 98.3%. The culture medium and method can be directly used for induction of the calluses of the seeds of brachypodium distachyon, shorten time of plant tissue culture, and lay a foundation for accelerating plant transgenic breeding.
