Abstract

The invention discloses a grain fanning-sorting machine, comprising a housing, a rotation apparatus, a screening disc, a flying port, a chip collection box, a separation plate, an air inlet, a fan, anair return port, a grain collection box, an impurity collection box, a ventilation pipe and a rice outlet pipe. The rotation apparatus is located at the upper side in the housing; the screening discis located at the outer side of the rotation apparatus; the flying port is located above the rotation apparatus; the chip collection box is located under the flying port; the separation plate is located under the rotation apparatus; the ventilation pipe is located under the separation plate; the air inlet is located at the left end of the ventilation pipe; the air return port is located at the right end of the ventilation pipe; the rice outlet pipe is located at the left side of the rotation apparatus; the grain collection box is located under the rice outlet pipe; the impurity collection boxis located at the right side of the grain collection box; and the fan is located at the right side in the air inlet. By means of rotation of the fan in the air inlet, the screening of gravels and shrivelled kernels in grains in the housing is driven; and by means of the rotation apparatus, the longitudinal height difference of the screening disc is realized to implement vibration screening of thegrains in the screening disc.
