Abstract

The device comprises two groups of rotary sealing components and two groups of static sealing component arranged in tandem. Each group of the rotary sealing component comprises a movable ring and a movable ring base. Each group of the static sealing component comprises a seal cartridge fixed in the shell,and further comprises a static ring and a corrugated pipe coaxially arranged with a shaft sleeve. Under the action of own elastic force, an inner side end face of the corrugated pipe relies on an external side end face of the static ring, thus, a contact seal structure is formed. The static ring is arranged between the corrugated pipe and the movable ring, and is in floating connection with the seal cartridge through a stop pin. When the movable ring rotates with a steam turbine shaft, the external side end face of the movable ring and the inner side end face of the static ring form a non-contact gas film lubrication state. Since the movable ring and the static ring have self-adjusting capability, stable gas film lubrication non-contact seal is formed between the movable ring and the static ring, thus, high pressure steam is sealed in the steam turbine, zero-leakage seal for the steam in the steam turbine is realized, and energy conversion efficiency of the steam turbine is improved greatly.
