Abstract

Two fixing frames are connected through a connecting belt which surrounds the top pulley, the two fixing frames are connected with a tension device in the actually using process, andtherefore the two fixing frames bear certain tension force, and the stress balance of the two fixing frames is kept at the beginning; when the tension of the medical catheters needs to be adjusted inthe using process, the tension device connected to the two fixing frames can be adjusted, the tension borne by the two fixing frames is changed, and therefore the stress of the medical catheters andthe tension generated when the medical catheters are discharged from the second pulley are changed.
