The high-temperature and high-pressure fluid solid-phase precipitation amount measuring device is characterized by: measuring the mass and solid phase mass percentage of an experimental fluid by configuring the experimental fluid to be measured; transferring a sample from the sample transferring cylinder to a reaction kettlein a pressure maintaining manner, and starting to cool the reaction kettle after sample transferring; after the experimental temperature is reached, discharging a certain amount of supernatant, measuring the mass of the supernatant and the solid-phase mass percentage at the temperature, and calculating to obtain the solid-phase precipitation amount at the temperature; and after the steps are repeated, a relation curve of the solid-phase precipitation amount and the temperature under the pressure can be obtained, and a relation curve of the solid-phase precipitation amount and the temperature under different pressures can be obtained by changing the pressure.
