The method comprises the steps that a server receives a service request pushed by a data center; wherein the service request is initiated by a user terminal; the server issues an instruction to the corresponding client with the established long connection according tothe service request; wherein the client is used for docking interaction data between an enterprise intranet and an enterprise extranet; and the client processes the data related to the service requestaccording to the service processing logic in the instruction to obtain a service processing result related to the service request, and returns the service processing result to a data center, and thedata center processes and analyzes the service processing result to obtain a service processing result related to the service request, obtains a result corresponding to the service request and returning the result to the user terminal.
