Abstract

The invention discloses an electronic medical record fine-grained access control and ciphertext searchable method based on a block chain. The method comprises the following steps: dividing medical data into a public part and a private part, and giving different access structures to hospitals; sending a symmetric key; respectively encrypting the public part and the private part of the medical dataand uploading the public part and the private part to a cloud server; generating an index by utilizing the keyword; encrypting a symmetric key in the symmetric searchable encryption technology by using an attribute-based encryption technology, and uploading the encrypted symmetric key to a data pool; sending a request containing attribute information and interested keywords to the patient by a user; returning an attribute private key and a search voucher by a patient; sending the search voucher to the intelligent contract by the user, wherein the intelligent contract returns an index and a table; sending the index and the search voucher to the cloud server by the user, wherein the cloud server returns the medical data ciphertext, the ciphertext ID and the decryption table; and decrypting the symmetric key and the medical data by the user.
