Abstract

The device comprises a direct-current comparator which is in circuit connection with a direct-current large-current I1, and is used for obtaining a reduced small-current signal I2 according to a certain scale factor, a precision sampling resistor with two ends in circuit connection with the output end of thedirect-current comparator for obtaining voltage signals U1 at the two ends of the precision sampling resistor, and a band-pass filter with the input end in circuit connection with the precision sampling resistor 2 for obtaining an alternating current signal U2 of a specific frequency band to be measured. The alternating current signal U2 is sent to a thermoelectric conversion system, and an effective value of the alternating current signal U2 is obtained through a solid-state thermal true effective value converter.
