Embodiment Construction

[0023] The following is a detailed description of the spherical tag continuous bidding device applied to the coal quality identification of the coal conveying belt involved in the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0024]

[0025] Such as Figures 1 to 3As shown, the spherical label continuous bidding device 10 applied to coal quality identification in the coal conveying belt includes a plurality of spherical labels 11, a label tube 12, a turntable 13, an indexing plate 14, a fixed plate 15, a counter 16, and a ball jacking solenoid valve 17. Ball blocking solenoid valve 18, label reader 19, bidding material channel 20, recovery bin 21, mobile platform 22, base 23, judgment part and control part.

[0026] Each ball tag 11 is written with serial number information, and there are hundreds of ball tags in this embodiment.

[0027] The label tube 12 is used to accommodate the spherical labels 11 and to arrange these spherical labels 11 in a single ...

Abstract

The invention provides a spherical label continuous bidding device applied to coal conveying belt coal quality identification. The spherical label continuous bidding device comprises at least two label pipes, a rotary disc, an index plate, a fixed disc, a counter, a ball ejecting electromagnetic valve, a ball blocking electromagnetic valve, a label reader, a bidding material channel, a recycling bin, a judging part and a control part, wherein the label pipes are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the rotary disc in a penetrating mode; the index plate drives the rotary disc to rotate by a preset angle; the fixed disc is arranged below the rotary disc, ball falling openings corresponding to the outlet ends of the label pipes are formed in the peripheral area, and spherical labels which rotate to the positions along with the rotary disc can fall off; the counter is arranged towards the ball falling openings; the ball ejecting electromagnetic valve is arranged besidethe rotary disc, and an ejector pin faces an operation opening of the label pipe located above the ball falling openings; the ball blocking electromagnetic valve is arranged beside the fixed disc, and an ejector pin faces the bottoms of the ball falling openings; the label reader moves to the position under the ball falling openings when in a label reading state; the bidding material channel moves to the position under the ball falling openings when in a bidding state; the recycling bin moves to the position under the ball falling openings when in a recycling state; and the judging part judges whether the label information is correct or not.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of intelligent equipment for power plants, and in particular relates to a spherical label continuous bidding device applied to coal quality identification in coal conveying belts. Background technique [0002] The Internet of Things refers to the real-time collection of any objects or processes that need to be monitored, connected, and interacted through various devices and technologies such as information sensors, radio frequency identification technology, global positioning systems, infrared sensors, and laser scanners. The network access realizes the ubiquitous connection between things and things, things and people, and realizes the intelligent perception, identification and management of objects and processes. With the further advancement of my country's economic restructuring and transformation and upgrading, the Internet of Things technology based on radio frequency identification (RFID) has been widely used in...
