The invention provides a communication data processing method combining edge calculation and the Internet of Things and a cloud server, and the method comprises the steps: 1, generating a flow changetrack graph according to the collected real-time data flow of each user terminal, and calculating the channel occupancy rate of a target network; 2, obtaining a channel occupancy rate, a second step of obtaining a flow processing log of each user terminal when detecting that the channel occupancy rate reaches a set occupancy rate, 3, analyzing the flow processing log to obtain to-be-transmitted data and a terminal identifier corresponding to each user terminal, and 4, generating a label implantation instruction according to the terminal identifier and issuing the label implantation instructionto the corresponding user terminal. The instruction indicates the user terminal to generate a data label according to a label implantation instruction and implant the data label into the to-be-transmitted data to obtain target transmission data. Thus, the target user terminal can analyze the data label when receiving the to-be-transmitted data so as to decide whether to receive the to-be-transmitted data or forward the to-be-transmitted data, and'cross-line 'of the data during transmission between the user terminals is avoided.
