The pulse laser sequence energy correction system comprises a fundamental frequency light source,a control unit, an energy adjusting unit and a frequency doubling crystal. The fundamental frequency light source is used for outputting fundamental frequency pulse laser; the frequency doubling crystal is used for converting the fundamental frequency pulse laser into frequency doubling pulse laser; the energy adjusting unit is located between the fundamental frequency light source and the frequency doubling crystal; and the control unit is connected with the energy adjusting unit, an energy-time curve of the frequency doubling pulse laser is pre-stored in the control unit, and the control unit is used for controlling the energy adjusting unit to adjust the intensity of the fundamental frequency pulse laser incident to the frequency doubling crystal according to the energy-time curve, so that the energy of each pulse in the frequency doubling pulse laser is the same, wherein the energy-time curve is obtained when the energy adjusting unit is not operated.
