According to the method, an in-situ reduction method is adopted, silver ions are directly subjected to a reduction reaction on the surface of zirconium phosphate and in mesopores through a reducing agent, and the silver-loaded zirconium phosphate is obtained. The silver-loaded zirconium phosphate provided by the invention has relatively high silver loading capacity and is suitable for being used as an antibacterial agent, and the preparation method provided by the invention is simple and easy to operate and mild in process conditions.
