[0023] The semen samples collected in the morning were liquefied in a water bath at 37°C for 60 min. Gently blow and mix, take 10 µL of semen, and perform sperm motility detection with Weili Computer-Aided Semen Analyzer (CASA), record various parameters of human sperm, and compare "World Health Organization Human Semen Inspection and Processing Laboratory Manual" 5th edition (WHO5 ) semen standard parameters (sperm motility ≥ 40%, forward motility ≥ 32%, sperm concentration ≥ 15%), and the sperm samples with normal semen parameters in the initial screening, the results are shown in Table 1.
