Abstract

The invention discloses an electron beam radiation sterilization device. The electron beam radiation sterilization device comprises a shielding shell, wherein a first feeding hole and a first discharging hole are formed in the shielding shell; a feeding shielding wall, an electron beam sterilization cavity and a discharging shielding wall are sequentially arranged in the shielding shell; a second feeding hole which is staggered with the first feeding hole up and down is formed in the feeding shielding wall; a second discharging hole which is staggered with the first discharging hole up and down is formed in the discharging shielding wall; a feeding transmission mechanism is arranged at the first feeding hole; a discharging transmission mechanism is arranged at the first discharging hole; a sterilization transmission mechanism is arranged between the second feeding hole and the second discharging hole in a penetrating manner; and lifting transferring mechanisms are arranged between the feeding transmission mechanism and the sterilization transmission mechanism and between the sterilization transmission mechanism and the discharging transmission mechanism respectively. The invention further discloses an electron beam radiation sterilization method. The electron beam radiation sterilization method comprises the following steps of: S1, feeding; and S2, sterilizing a material to be sterilized by electron beams; and S3, discharging. The electron beam radiation sterilization device and method have high production efficiency and can be used for effectively shielding X rays generated in a sterilization process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to food and medicine packaging machinery and methods, in particular to an electron beam radiation sterilization device and method. Background technique [0002] Electron beam sterilization is one of the radiation sterilization methods, which refers to the method of placing items in the electron beam sent by a suitable electron emitter for ionizing radiation to kill microorganisms. Medical devices, containers, production aids, raw materials and finished products that are not damaged by radiation can all be sterilized by radiation. [0003] Due to the complete radiation disinfection and sterilization, no pollution and no residue, no heating is required for radiation disinfection and sterilization, the penetrating power is strong, and the product package does not need to be opened during processing. The operation is simple and fast, continuous operation is possible, and process control is easy. The product can be stored for a long t...
