According to the chicken skin yellowness value breeding method, the two methods of detecting the skin yellowness value through the colorimeter and detecting the serum yellow pigment concentration value through the liquid chromatograph are adopted to cooperatively select the chickens with the high skin yellowness value and the low skin yellowness value, then large-scale breeding is conducted, the influence of the external environment on the skin yellowness value is reduced, the skin color is yellow and uniform, and market requirements are met.
