Problems solved by technology

At present, there is no recognized method for identifying characteristic absorption peaks and peak positions. Most of them use the naked eye identification method that is not independently identified by computers. This method obviously has a certain degree of subjectivity, and sometimes even has a certain degree of randomness. Some obvious absorption peaks will be deliberately avoided according to certain research needs

Embodiment Construction

[0024] In order to objectively find and determine the characteristic absorption peaks of the terahertz spectrum, it is urgent to find a method for extracting absorption peak information that can simultaneously identify strong and weak absorption main peaks and shoulder peaks, and can be independently identified by a computer.

[0025] The invention discloses a method for extracting terahertz absorption peaks based on discrete maximum values, which specifically includes the following steps:

[0026] (1) Sampling to obtain the original terahertz absorption coefficient spectrum of the substance: compress the powder sample to be tested to make a disc with a thickness of 1mm and a diameter of 13mm; then place it in the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system and fixed on the sample holder; the sample is detected by the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system to obtain the time-domain spectral data of the sample; finally, the terahertz absorption coefficient α(ω) and Refractive ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a terahertz absorption peak position extraction method based on a discrete maximum value. A characteristic absorption peak in a terahertz absorption coefficient spectrum plays an important role in the identification research of a peak-containing target object in the spectrum, so that the identification of the characteristic absorption peak and the determination of the characteristic absorption peak position are necessary work in the identification research. According to an adjoint inflection point method, a baseline spectrum and a differential spectrum corresponding to an original terahertz absorption coefficient spectrogram are obtained mainly by searching inflection points and adjoint inflection point pairs existing in a terahertz absorption coefficient spectrum, and then peak position information in the differential spectrum is determined according to a discrete maximum value method, namely, the absorption peak position of the original spectrogram of a substance. According to the method, weak peaks existing in the terahertz absorption coefficient spectrogram of the substance can be searched, information extraction and accurate judgment of the substance are achieved through the characteristic absorption peaks, and therefore the detection efficiency of the terahertz technology on the substance is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the problem of terahertz absorption spectrum absorption peak position discrimination, in particular to a terahertz spectrum absorption peak feature extraction method based on an adjoint inflection point method. Background technique [0002] The characteristic absorption peaks in terahertz and other spectra play an important role in the identification of target substances with peaks in spectra. In some applications, people use the characteristic information about peaks such as spectral peak width and spectral peak detection. Therefore, identification of characteristic absorption peaks and determination of characteristic absorption peak positions are necessary work in identification research. At present, there is no recognized method for identifying characteristic absorption peaks and peak positions. Most of them use the naked eye identification method that is not independently identified by computers. This method obviously has ...
