A double-layer shell is arranged on the basis of an existing portable detection instrument to protect components in the instrument, and a honeycomb-shaped impact absorber is filled between the double-layer shell, so that the shock resistance and drop resistance of the portable detection instrument are effectively improved; a pneumatic protection bag is arranged at a test paper inserting opening, a pneumatic protection bag is kept in a closed state before the test paper is inserted, the effective dustproof and waterproof effects are achieved, the inserted test paper can be fixed through the pneumatic protection bag, and the test paper is prevented from falling off in the testing process to cause detection failure; and an emergency calling function is additionally arranged on the basis of an existing portable instrument body, old people are likely to have various diseases, effective life support can be obtained under the condition that other diseases emerge, the displacement sensor is further arranged in the test paper inserting opening to monitor whether the test paper is inserted in place or not, and detection effectiveness is guaranteed.
