The invention relates to a cold-chain logistics intelligent management method and system based on big data, and the method comprises the following steps: building a logistics management platform, and importing logistics vehicle information; the logistics management platform dividing the cold chain transportation order into a whole vehicle transportation order database and a carpooling transportation order database; matching the cold chain transportation order information in the whole vehicle transportation order database with logistics vehicles meeting the transportation requirements, and planning and generating a cold chain transportation plan; according to a preset order sharing rule, sharing the cold chain transportation orders in the car sharing transportation order database, matching logistics transportation vehicles for a plurality of cold chain transportation orders which are successfully shared, and planning and generating a cold chain transportation plan. The driver drives the logistics vehicle to transport the goods according to the cold chain transportation plan; and the logistics management platform monitors the whole process of completing the cold chain transportation plan by the logistics vehicle, and gives an alarm and feeds back when an abnormal condition occurs.
