Embodiment Construction

[0019] This embodiment relates to a technical method of a long-term in-body pressure sensor module, specifically including:

[0020] Step 1) PDMS film 3 first deposits a layer of dense parylene coating 4, both of which form a composite film structure, such as figure 2 shown. The composite membranes 3 and 4 are cut according to the opening size of the pressure chamber 2 .

[0021] Step 2) Embed the pressure sensor bare chip 9 into the PCB adapter board 8, and fix the relative position of the two by glue, and connect the pad of the pressure sensor die 9 to the pad of the PCB adapter board 8 through a binding wire 10 ; The connecting wire 7 is welded on the PCB adapter board 8, and extends to the interior of the electronic capsule through the via hole on the pressure chamber 2 to connect with the main control circuit. The connecting wire via holes on the pressure chamber 2 are sealed with glue; the pressure sensor die 9 , the PCB adapter board 8 , the binding wire 10 and the e...

Abstract

A method for realizing long-term performance stability of an in-vivo pressure sensor is characterized in that a layer of parylene material is deposited on a PDMS film through a chemical vapor deposition method, due to existence of a parylene deposition layer, interpenetration of interface fluid in a pressure cavity and biological tissue fluid is blocked, stability of chemical components in the pressure cavity and the volume of the interface fluid is guaranteed, and the stability of the in-vivo pressure sensor is improved. When the in-vivo pressure sensor packaging film is applied to in-vivo pressure sensor packaging, long-term stability of the performance of a pressure sensor can be guaranteed, and then long-term stability of the in-vivo pressure sensor can be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a technology in the field of medical equipment, in particular to a method for realizing long-term performance stability of an in-body pressure sensor. Background technique [0002] Long-term in-body pressure sensors can realize continuous pressure monitoring of organs such as the heart, eyes, brain, bladder, and digestive tract, and the acquired pressure signals have very important diagnostic value for indicating health or disease progression. However, body fluids and digestive fluids have a greater impact on the baseline and sensitivity of long-term in vivo pressure sensors, affecting the accuracy of long-term measurement data. The packaging structure and specific packaging materials used in the present invention can effectively reduce the influence of physiological environment and interface fluid on the long-term stability of the in-body sensor, and solve technical problems such as baseline drift and sensitivity stability of ...
