The invention relates to a method for manufacturing autoclaved sand-lime bricks manufactured by using building waste materials and crystal glass solid waste. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) enabling the building waste materials and fine sandstone to pass through a jaw crusher and a grinder, and screening a mixture by using a drum screen so as to obtain a building waste material and fine sandstone mixed waste materials; (2) blending the crystal solid waste with lime or carbide slag waste materials and the ground building waste material and fine sandstone mixed waste materials, synthesizing, quantitatively conveying to a double-horizontal mixer, adding water, carrying out forced stirring, feeding into a slaking silo, carrying out slaking reaction, and discharging out of the slaking silo; (3) sequentially passing through a vertical type forced grinder and a running wheel machine, feeding into a distribution bin of a forced pressing machine, distributing the materials to a mold, carrying out compression molding, and demolding to a working surface so as to obtain the mold bricks; and (4) sending the mold bricks to an autoclave, feeding air, heating, keeping constant temperature for several hours, discharging air and taking the bricks out of the autoclave, and maintaining the finished products for 6-10 days for use. The method has the characteristics of waste material utilization, energy conservation, soil conservation, environmental protection and sustainable development.
