The nitriding process comprises the following steps: cleaning the test piece again with the gasoline or acetone, or blowing sands on the test piece with low wind pressure fine sands; then evenly mixing ammonia chloride and quartz sands in proportion, putting the mixture at the bottom of a nitriding box, adding the ammonia chloride into the nitriding box, putting the test piece on a material tray in the nitriding box, sealing the nitriding box, passing ammonia gas into the nitriding box, and pushing the nitriding box into a furnace when the ammonia decomposition rate is zero; and when the furnace temperature is between 595 and 605 DEG C, keeping the temperature for 10 to 20 hours, then raising the furnace temperature to between 620 and 645 DEG C or between 620 and 655 DEG C, continuously keeping the temperature for 10 to 20 hours, taking the nitriding box out from the furnace after finishing keeping the temperature, cooling the nitriding box in the air to a temperature less than orequal to 100 DEG C, detaching the nitriding box and then ending the nitriding process.

An efficient camellia chekiangoleosa somatic embryogenesis system is established through the method, and a large quantity of seedlings is provided for camellia chekiangoleosa.
