According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the steps that three operation modes of an energy storage unit are established; constructing a light-storage combined power station deviation assessment cost calculation model and an energy storage unit operation cost calculation model; according to the three operation modes of the energy storage unit, considering the operation cost of the energy storage unit and the deviation assessment of the photovoltaic-energy storage combined power station, taking the optimal market income of the photovoltaic-energy storage combined power station as a target function, and establishing a quotation strategy model of the photovoltaic-energy storage combined power station participating in the electric power spot market; constructing constraint conditions of the quotation strategy model; and solving the quotation strategy model to obtain energy storage unit optimization parameters.
