The invention provides a diesel engine nozzle device capable of being used for online monitoring of a combustion state and a detection method. The nozzle device specifically comprises an oil nozzle, an ionic current monitoring probe, a bias voltage source, a booster circuit module, a data acquisition module, an ionic current generation module, an operational amplifier, a signal conditioning module and a detection module. The oil nozzle is connected with a bias voltage source; the ionic current monitoring probe is integrated in the oil nozzle; the boost circuit module boosts the bias voltage source; the ionic current generation module generates ionic current in a combustion state; the data acquisition module acquires an ion current signal; the operational amplifier amplifies the ion current signal at the signal output end; the signal conditioning module converts the ion current signal into a voltage signal; the detection module detects the voltage signal; no extra detection hole needs to be machined in the engine cylinder cover, the original structure of the engine is reserved to the maximum extent, and meanwhile the universality of the engine cylinder cover detection device is improved.
