A mouse aging model is prepared by using D-galactose (D-gal) subcutaneous injection, the anti-aging effect and possible mechanism of the pulsatilla saponin B4 + B5 extract are discussed, and a theoretical basis and an experimental basis are provided for subsequent prevention and treatment of aging and related diseases by the pulsatilla saponin.
