Background technique [0002] A typical image forming method such as electrophotography or electrostatic method generally includes a development process, a transfer process, and a fixing process. In the development process: the photoconductive insulating layer is uniformly charged; then the insulating layer is exposed, so that the charge on the exposed area is dispersed to form a charged latent image; after the charged toner powder particles are attached, the latent image become visible. In the transfer process, the resulting visible image is transferred to a transfer medium, such as transfer paper.
