Abstract

The invention discloses a roman style shade, which comprises an upper rail, a plurality of collapsible rows suspended from the upper rail, a plurality of fixing members and a plurality of opening members. Each of the rows extends in a transverse direction and has a first transverse margin, a second transverse margin and a plurality of row portions spaced in the transverse direction. The plurality of fixing members are restrainedly positioned at the first transverse margin of each row. The second transverse margin of at least one of the rows and the first row portion are restrainedly connected with a first one of the plurality of opening members. The roman style shade further comprises a first vertical adjustment mechanism operatively connected with the first opening member. The first vertical adjustment mechanism enables the first opening member to be independently moved to open or close the row portions restrainedly positioned therewith. The inventive roman style shade can open gaps in the shade to allow lights to pass while maintain a relatively- high degree of privacy.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to a curtain, especially a Roman shade. 【Background technique】 [0002] Roman shades are a common commodity type. This type of curtain is made of a woven material, the upper edge of which is attached to an upper rail and spaced apart to provide a series of soft folds on the surface of the woven fabric. Roman shades are constructed in such a way that when raised, they gather in roughly parallel folds from the bottom until the entire shade is at the upper end of its shade. Some curtains are such that the upper end of the curtain will drop. Venetian blinds are operated by pulling on a number of cords which are used with guides attached to the shade. [0003] Most conventional roman shades are made of stretchable material (such as woven fabric) or multiple panels, and have multiple parallel folds, vertically spaced from each other to form wrinkles when rais...
