[0013]Referring to FIGS. 1-3, the razor holder is generally indicated at 10. Holder 10 comprises a thin flexible sheet 12 having a magnetic inner surface 12a. The sheet 12 is preferably of a substantially rectangular configuration and is dimensioned to partially surround the metallic outer surface of a conventional shaving cream dispenser 14. It should be recognized, however, that the sheet 12 might take on other suitable configurations, if desired. A housing 16 is positioned on the outer surface 12b of the sheet 12. The outer surface 12b is preferably non-magnetic. Housing 16 is fabricated from a thin formable material (metal, plastic, etc.) and is attached to the outer surface 12b by any suitable means (glue, rivets, grommets, etc.). Abstract

A razor holder is adapted to be affixed to the outer surface of a conventional shaving cream dispenser. The holder includes a flexible sheet having a magnetic planar, inner surface. The magnetic sheet is mounted to the outer wall of the shaving cream dispenser. A conically configured housing is positioned on the outer surface of the sheet. The housing is designed to contain a handheld razor for storage therein.
