The present invention relates to a block polymeric material. Typically the block polymer comprises units capable of having an average cationic charge density of about 15 or less, preferably 5 or less, more preferably from about 0.05 to about 5, even more preferably from about 0.05 to about 2.77, even more preferably from about 0.1 to about 2.75, most preferably from about 0.75 to about 2.25 units per 100 daltons molecular weight at a pH of from about 4 to about 12. The polymeric material is a suds enhancer and a suds volume extender for personal care products such as soaps and shampoos. The compositions have increased effectiveness for preventing re-deposition of grease during hand and body washing. The polymers are also effective as a soil release agent in fabric cleaning compositions. The polymeric material is also effective in oil well treating foam, fire-fighting foam, hard surface cleaning foam, shaving cream, post-foaming shaving gel, dephiliatories and as a coagulant/retention aid for titanium dioxide in paper making.

Disclosed here is a composition containing menthol and menthyl lactate, and its preparation method and its applications as a cooling agent and a flavoring agent. The present invention provides a composition characterized in that it comprises menthol and menthyl lactate in a ratio by weight in the range of 1:4~4:1 and the corresponding crystallization point is below room temperature of 25° C. Such composition has the advantages of being liquid at room temperature; easy to use as a cooling agent or a flavoring agent; no need to use heat to melt menthol and menthyl lactate, which not only saves time, money and heating equipment, but also simplifies manufacturing process and can be used in cold processes at room temperature. A shaving gel applicator includes many different embodiments that include an annular brush, a disc-shaped brush, a plurality of circumferentially spaced apart disc-shaped brushes, a pair of straight brushes, a single straight brush, and more. A disposable safety razor having an integral shaving conditioner dispenser includes a neck to which a blade cartridge is affixed at a top end thereof and a handle extends downwardly therefrom. The handle is ergonomically shaped and has an exterior wall that defines a pressure cavity therein for receiving a shaving conditioning compound and a pressurized dispensing gas. The handle has an opening at its bottom and a valve received in the opening. The valve is configured to dispense the shaving conditioning compound down-wardly through the valve with the razor held upright. A dispensing cap covers the valve and is engaged therewith such that movement of the dispensing cap causes release of the shaving conditioning compound downwardly through the valve and out from a discharge opening in the cap while holding the razor upright with the blade cartridge and neck positioned higher than the handle bottom and dispensing cap.

A razor has a hollow handle in which a pressurized dispensing container is mounted to dispense shaving cream. The valve end of the container is positioned at the lower end of the handle so that gravity feed is employed to provide shaving cream at the valve. A dispenser and brush apparatus (10) has a container (12) with a floor (22) and a top opening. The floor (22) includes an aperture therethrough. A brush (14) is received over the top opening and includes bristles (28) and a passageway (32) between the bristles and a storage interior (35) of the container for containing a flowable substance, such as shaving cream. There is a rotatable base (16) beneath the floor (22), and a stem (18) is connected to the base so as to be rotatable therewith.
