[0003]In one aspect, a boxing glove is provided. The boxing glove includes a padded main body having a first side and a second side. The padded main body further includes a palm side extending between the first side and the second side, and a back side extending between the first side and the second side opposite the palm side. The padded main body further includes a wrist portion extending between the first side and the second side, and defining a bottom end including an opening. The boxing glove further includes a padded thumb-receiving portion disposed along at least a portion of one of the first side and the second side of the padded main body. The boxing glove further includes a moisture removal apparatus affixed to at least one of the padded main body and the padded thumb-receiving portion.
