The preparation process comprises the steps of crushing raw medicines, alcohol extracting, decocting with water, carrying out mixing granulation and tabletting, wherein during material crushing, except a pine pollen powder, panax notoginseng is crushed into a fine powder, other eight raw medicines such as fallopia multiflora and the like are crushed into coarse powders; during alcohol extracting, reflux extraction is carried out on the coarse powders obtained in the previous step by 70 percent ethanol the amount of which is 3 times that of coarse powders; during decocting with water, medicine residues remained after alcohol extracting are decocted with water, and the water quantity is also 3 times the volume of medicine residues; during mixing granulation, thick paste after concentrating by alcohol extracting and thick paste after concentrating by decoction with water are combined and uniformly mixed, spray drying is carried out on the mixture, a dry powder is sieved by an 80-mesh sieve and then is mixed with the pine pollen powder and the panax notoginseng powder which are sieved by an 80-mesh sieve respectively, and granulation is carried out with 85 percent ethanol as an adhesive; and tabletting and coating are carried out, magnesium stearate is sieved by a 40-mesh sieve and is mixed with particles prepared in the last step, granulation, drying and tabletting are carried out, and a film coating is coated on a tablet by a prepared coating liquid to obtain the lipid-lowering tablet.
