The invention relates to a high-
gain antenna housing and an antenna
system. The high-
gain antenna housing is arranged on the antenna and comprises a
metamaterial panel, wherein a
radiation source of the antenna is arranged oppositely to the
metamaterial panel; a connection line between an equivalent point of the
radiation source of the antenna and the centre of the
metamaterial panel is vertical to the metamaterial panel; the metamaterial panel is divided into a plurality of tightly-attached
concentric ring bodies of which the side surfaces are curved surfaces; the
radius of the bottom surface of each ring body is smaller than that of the top surface; an electromagnetic wave is emitted in parallel from the top surface of each ring body after passing through the metamaterial panel; an included angle between the connection line of the
radiation source and a point on the bottom surface of the i-th ring body and the connection line vertical to the metamaterial panel is set to be theta; the included angle theta solely corresponds to the curved surface inside the i-th ring body; and the
refractive index of each part of the curved surface solely corresponding to the included angle theta is equal, and the
refractive index of each ring body is gradually reduced along with he increase of the included angle theta. The antenna housing disclosed by the invention facilitates the receiving antenna to receive signals as much as possible and improves the
signal strength and
gain.
