The manufacturing method of the product comprises the steps of the preparation of the polyvinyl basilar membrane, the preparation of polyvinyl alcohol coating liquid and the preparation of the protective polythene membrane layer, coating and compounding, wherein, the polyvinyl alcohol coating liquid is diluted and the diluted polyvinyl alcohol coating liquid is coated on the outer layer of the polyvinyl basilar membrane to form the high impermeable polyvinyl alcohol layer and then the protective polythene member layer and the polyvinyl alcohol coating layer are compounded, cured and cut. The product of the invention has low thickness, good rigidness, high impermeable property, environmental protection, convenient use, low cost and simple technique.

Provided is a method capable of effectively improving the rejection of a membrane without considerably lowering the permeation flux, even when the membrane has significantly degraded. The method of improving the rejection of a permeable membrane includes a step (amino treatment step) of passing an aqueous solution (amino treatment water) having a pH of 7 or less and containing an amino group-containing compound having a molecular weight of 1000 or less through the permeable membrane. After this amino treatment step, water having a higher pH than the amino treatment water is allowed to pass through the permeable membrane. Thus, by allowing the low-molecular-weight amino compound to pass through the membrane, a degraded portion of the membrane can be restored without considerably lowering the permeation flux of this permeable membrane, and the rejection can be effectively improved.

The method comprises an esterification reaction process, a polymerization reaction process and a spinning process in sequence, and comprises the following specific steps of: in an esterification reaction, introducing a third monomer with relatively large steric hindrance; after the esterification reaction and before a pre-polymerization reaction, adding titanium dioxide serving as a high-content delustering agent, a hindered amine light stabilizer and a hindered phenol antioxidant; after the pre-polymerization of polymerization reaction process and before final polymerization, adding an ultraviolet absorber; and beforethe spinning process, pre-crystallizing and drying polyester slices obtained in the polymerization reaction process, and designing a special-shaped section for the fiber. The polyester fiber obtainedby using the method has superior ultraviolet ray resisting, aging resisting, moisture absorbing and quick drying functions. As provided by testing, relevant technical indexes are that: the ultraviolet transmission is less than or equal to 5.0 percent, the wicking height is more than or equal to 120 millimeters, and the evaporation rate is more than or equal to 0.20g / hr after the polyester fiber is woven into a knitted fabric and a woven fabric.

The invention relates to the structures of proton exchange membranes with different molecular permeabilities, especially to the proton exchange membranes suitable for the applications in Direct Methanol Fuel Cell (DMFC) and with the function of recovering water from the cathode. The polymeric structures are the designs of phase separated structures of the crystalline phase and the amorphous phases, thereby limiting the swelling of the materials and the space of ionic cluster structures in nano-scale to reduce the permeability of methanol fuels. On the other hand, by controlling of polymeric grafting reactions result in the reverse (from the cathode to the anode) permeability of the product water molecules on the cathode in the proton exchange materials greater than the permeability of methanol molecules in the fuels (from the anode to the cathode) due to the differences of fuel concentrations between the cathode and the anode of DMFC. Hence, it has the function of recovering water of the cathode and does not have the over-permeable phenomena as seen in methanol molecule.

Oxygen scavenging barrier polyamide compositions exhibiting high oxygen scavenging capability as well as good coinjection stretch blow moldability characteristics suitable for making multilayer PET bottles with good clarity and delamination resistance are claimed in this invention. The polyamide compositions of this invention comprise a slow crystallizing polyamide blend comprising (i) an amorphous, semiaromatic polyamide homopolymer, copolymer or mixture thereof and (ii) a semicrystalline, aliphatic polyamide homopolymer, copolymer or mixture thereof wherein in the weight ratio of (i):(ii) ranges from about 99:1 to about 30:70; at least one polyamide-compatible, oxidizable polydiene; and at least one oxidation promoting metal salt catalyst. The multilayer PET bottles, made with the polyamide compositions of this invention as the barrier layer, are suitable for extended shelf-life packaging of oxygen-sensitive food and beverage products such as beer and juices.
