The invention relates to integrated wastewater treatment equipment of an IBR (integral biological reactor) and a treatment process. The integrated wastewater treatment equipment comprises four parts, i.e., an A/O biochemical tank, a reaction and gas release tank and a sedimentation tank, wherein the sedimentation tank is arranged between an A tank and an O tank, a pipeline communicating with the O tank is arranged at the bottom of the A tank, a mixed solution reflux and air-lift pump and a stirrer are arranged in the A tank, an aerator pipe and a reaction and gas release tank water intake and air lift pump are arranged in the O tank, a metering weir is arranged at a water inlet of the O tank, a water outlet of the reaction and gas release tank is connected with a water inlet of the sedimentation tank, the bottom of the sedimentation tank is provided with a sludge refluxing hole and a remaining sludge discharge pipe, and a water outlet of the sedimentation tank is formed in the top. The treatment process comprises six steps, i.e., carrying out A tank wastewater treatment, carrying out O tank wastewater treatment, refluxing a mixed solution to the A tank for treatment, carrying out reaction and gas release tank treatment, refluxing sludge to the A tank through the sedimentation tank, and carrying out sludge-water separation through the sedimentation tank. The integrated wastewater treatment equipment and the treatment process have the advantages that the design that multiple tanks are integrated and liquid level is increased in two steps is adopted, the number of power equipment is small, the floor area is small, and the operating cost is low.
