Embodiment Construction

[0031] Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in detail as follows in conjunction with accompanying drawings:

[0032] see figure 1 , the three-dimensional sensor includes a force-transmitting bottom column 6, a top cover 1, a force-measuring film 4 and lead wires 3 thereof. The power transmission bottom post 6 has a cylindrical head 7 that is fixed as one. The inner circle of a casing 5 is closely combined with the cylindrical head 7 of the force transmission bottom column 6 and the upper end surfaces of the two are flush. The inner circle of the top cover 1 fits closely with the outer circle of the casing 5 to cover the cylindrical head of the casing 5 and the power transmission bottom column 6 . The force measuring film 4 is pasted on the end surface of the cylinder head 7 of the force transmission bottom column 6 and on the cylindrical surface. There is a perforation 2 on the end surface of the top cover 1, and the lead wire 3 connected to the force...

Abstract

The invention relates to a three-dimensional force sensor and an application thereof. The sensor comprises a force transmission sill pillar, a top cover, a force measurement film and a leading-out conducting wire, the force transmission sill pillar is provided with an integrative columnar head; an inner ring of a casing is in close fit with the columnar head of the force transmission sill pillar, and two upper ends thereof are level; an inner ring of the top cover is in close fit with an outer ring of the casing to cover the casing and the columnar head of the force transmission sill pillar; the force measurement film is affixed on the end face and the cylindrical surface of the columnar head of the force transmission sill pillar, the end face of the top cover is provided with a perforated hole, and the leading-out conducting wire connected with the force measurement film is led out from the perforated hole. The sensor can sense and measure vertical force and lateral force, and can sense and measure resolving force borne by sole of foot in space along three mutual orthogonal directions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a three-dimensional force sensor, in particular to a three-dimensional sensor capable of sensing the force received by the sole of the foot in space and decomposing the force along three mutually orthogonal directions in the space, belonging to the field of sensors. Background technique [0002] When the human body is standing still or walking dynamically, under the action of its own gravity, the sole of the foot is subjected to a reaction force from the ground, which is the plantar pressure. When some lesions or dysfunctions occur in the structure of the human foot and when the movement state of the human body changes, the plantar pressure and pressure distribution will change accordingly. Through the study of the plantar pressure and pressure distribution of the human body in the static or dynamic process, the movement characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the gait can be revealed. By analyzing and studying the plan...
