Abstract

The invention relates to a debugging device for eliminating loom drive path thickness, which includes a luminescence lamp for emitting parallel light to fabric, a lamp controller electrically connected with the luminescence lamp for controlling lighting of the luminescence lamp, a light receiver for receiving reflected light after the parallel light is reflected by the fabric, and a processor equipped with at least one input end and a plurality of output ends. The input end of the processor is electrically connected with output end of the light receiver, one of the output ends is electrically connected with a control system of the loom, the process analyses signal sent by the light receiver and sends control signal to the loom control system, and the loom control system eliminates the loom drive path thickness according to received control signal. The invention observes conditions of the drive path thickness by luminescence lamp which is capable of emitting parallel light to fabric and light receiver which is capable of receiving reflected light after the parallel light is reflected by the fabric, thereby loom drive path thickness is eliminated by the loom control system.
