The mobile integrated services processing program (MISPP) is integrated in operation system of palm computer (OSPC) as part of OSPC solidified in ROM of palm computer. MISPP includes information inquiry system, geographical information system GIS, and system for updating and up loading information. Using GPRS / CDMA wireless communication network, MISPP accesses database to obtain relevant information, which is combined with GIS to display information of place to get to know. Moreover, information inside the database can be updated in time. The invention discloses MISPP as well as method for querying and up dating information.
