The CSC-A base material has acrylate copolymer as main component in content of 30-40 %. TiO2 selected as the main white pigment has content of 18-22 %. The base material has contrast ratio of 0.90-0.96, Stomer viscosity of 90-100 KU, and brightness in incident angle 85 deg of 5-10 deg.
