Abstract

The invention relates to a novel cavity isolation graft of abdominal aorta-internal iliac artery, which consists of a metal wire stent (1) and tubular fiber fabric (2) fixed in the stent. The graft is divided into a straight cylinder part (3) and a furcation part (4); the first Z-shaped stent circle of the upper end of the straight cylinder is not covered by the fabric, and the lower end of the straight cylinder is the furcation part which is provided with a long branch (4.1) and a short branch (4.2); the positions of the two branches are corresponded to the two sides of an external iliac artery; a length-added branch (6) can be inserted into the short branch; relevant parts of the metal wire stent are provided with metal markers (5) so that the graft can be pushed to a lesion part precisely by a conveyor under X line; the graft is characterized in that the long branch (4.1) is provided with an internal iliac artery branch (7); the length-added branch (6) of the short branch can also be provided with an internal iliac artery branch. The graft has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, capability of effectively isolating the blood from the lesion vein sections of the abdominal aorta and (or) the external iliac artery and (or) the internal iliac artery, guaranteeing unblocked blood flow, eliminating hidden troubles of pelvic ischemia, and high surgical success rate.
