Abstract

The aforementioned means (1, 2) include an arm (2) bearing a tool (1) which is mounted such that it is biased by an elastic element (5). The elastic means (5) is mounted between two mobile flanges (8, 9) which are each disposed such that they can be moved from a respective rest position. According to the invention, the arm (2) is configured to move together with one (8) or other (9) of the two mobile flanges along the axial direction thereof, such as to move the two flanges (8, 9) closer to one another.
