An embodiment of the invention provides a method for processing terminal information, wherein the method comprises the following procedures: determining whether the anchor point corresponding with the terminal provides service for the terminal when the terminal initializes a first access network resource releasing; and cancelling the address of the anchor point when the anchor point does not provided service for the terminal. A sharing core controlling entity stores the anchor point address corresponding with the terminal when the terminal is accessed into the first access network. Through the invention provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sharing core controlling entity or management entity determines whether the anchor point corresponding with the terminal provides service for the terminal when the terminal initializes the accessing network resource releasing. The address of anchor point of network is reserved if the anchor point still provides service for the terminal. The inconsistency of user information and actual condition on the sharing core controlling entity can be avoided.
